Setup Your iPhone with Gmail IMAP
It looks like Google is slowing rolling out IMAP for its Gmail service. This is great news for iPhone users since IMAP allows the user to keep their emails synchronized across all of their devices.

Having Fun with the iPhone 1.1.1 Update
Updating my iPhone to 1.1.1 was not an enjoyable experience. After downloading the 150+ mb file, the update decided to freeze during the extraction process. Reinstalling iTunes or resetting the iPhone did nothing. I kept getting an unknown error message -3204.
