Setup Your iPhone with Gmail IMAP
It looks like Google is slowing rolling out IMAP for its Gmail service. This is great news for iPhone users since IMAP allows the user to keep their emails synchronized across all of their devices.
Google even has instructions on how to setup Gmail IMAP. Give Google some time to roll out their IMAP feature. Some users have reported that IMAP has been enabled on their accounts but many still have accounts that are POP only. I guess I’ll have to wait awhile as my Gmail account still doesn’t have IMAP listed in the settings menu.
