Dondakee! (どんだけぇ!)

Dondakee! (どんだけぇ!)

Lately, I’ve often heard this word used on Japanese TV. Most of the time, it would be uttered by a Japanese okama. I don’t know what it means exactly. I’ve asked Japanese people and they tell me that it has no meaning.

My guess is that it’s used as an exclamation point during a conversation. Anybody have any ideas?

Update: After talking to more people about this word, my understanding is that it originated from the Japanese okama community and eventually became popular with the mainstream. One particular Japanese celebrity by the name of “Ikko” uses this word freqently and is probably most associated with it.
