Manage Your Passwords with 1Passwd

1Passwd

Trying to manage all of your website passwords just plain sucks. You can try using the same password for all of your websites but that obviously presents a security risk. Or you can use a unique password for every login and drive yourself crazy.

Using Apple’s Keychain technology, 1Passwd makes password management easy. 1Passwd can remember every password you type in. When the time comes to log in, 1Passwd will automatically submit your password. You can even password protect your password database so instead of trying to remember multiple passwords, you just have to remember one. And if you’re truly lazy, you can disable that feature and essentially run around with your pants down.

If you’re a Mac user that frequently visits sites that require logins, this program will make this process as painless as possible while maintaining a good level of security.

1Passwd goes for $29.95. If you’re a Windows user, check out the excellent Roboform.

  1. Thanks for the review of 1Password! I especially like the bit about “run around with your pants down”. I think I will add that to the User’s Guide :)

    Cheers!
