New Thinner Apple Notebooks?

AppleInsider is reporting that a new line of thin profile Apple notebooks clad in black aluminum could possibly arrive soon.
The systems are said to be thinner than the company’s existing MacBook and MacBook Pro offerings, while also sporting a more compact footprint that includes a thinner display bezel.
Outside of this information, details appear to be scarce. It’s not entirely clear whether the notebooks are part of an upcoming revision to Apple’s consumer-oriented MacBook line or are simply one-and-the same with the much rumored “ultra-portable” design first detailed back in February.
The latter systems are expected to include L.E.D-backlit 13-inch LCD panels, on-board NAND flash (for faster application launching and boot times), and lack a traditional optical disc drive.
I hope they release an updated version of the still popular 12″ Powerbook. That would do nicely to fill the sub-notebook void Apple currently has in its mobile computing lineup.

You wouldn’t happen to know the price tag on this would ya? Also, nice new pic at the top. Is that the skyline of Tokyo? Sorta hard to tell. One more thing, separate that “Opinions, Tips and Reviews” part from the Apple Otaku logo. It’s a bit close.
Have no idea on the price. If it’s an ultra-portable form factor, I suspect there will be a price premium. The shot is from a hotel in Tokyo where they filmed the movie Lost in Translation.
