Get Your $100 Apple Store Credit Today
If you purchased your iPhone before August 22 and were unable to get your $200 refund for the recent price drop, you may be due a $100 store credit.
First step, go the page Apple has set up here. From there, you’ll enter the phone number and serial number associated with your iPhone. If all goes well you’ll receive an SMS text message with a code number. Enter that code into the Apple website and you’ll get a credit number that can be used to redeem your store credit.
I tried it this morning and I was able to receive my credit within a few minutes. I’m glad Apple made this process fairly painless. If you need more info, Apple has put out a FAQ.
